We took this dated, 3-bed house in Sholing out of the 1980s and turned it into a modern, stylish home.
We secured this home refurbishment project after we were recommended to a lady who had just purchased a dated 3-bedroom house in Sholing. The whole property was in desperate need of modernisation and required an extensive amount of work including new bathroom suites and kitchen installation.
We stripped out the old bathroom suites and kitchen units, removed the existing carpets and relocated the water tank from the bathroom into the loft. The artex was removed from the ceilings throughout the property and plastered ready for decoration. Our customer also required new electric heaters, lighting, plumbing, flooring, a built-in wardrobe to the master bedroom and plenty more!
This was a very large refurbishment project that took a number of weeks to complete in order to turn it from a dated house into a warm and inviting home ready to be lived in. An extensive amount of work was carried out internally, as well as some smaller jobs outside. Brand new doors were fitted to complete the look and the property was painted in light, neutral colours to give it that fresh feeling on entering. This property is no longer stuck in the past and our customer is absolutely thrilled with the results!
