The small original extension had to be completely demolished and rebuilt to the width of the existing property. Structural works were carried out internally, walls were knocked through to create an open-plan area and remaining doorways were blocked up to form new rooms where required.
After
The project also included the installation of a skylight into the new roof area, modern lighting, wall and floor finishes and brand new kitchen. The result is stunning and the area is now perfect for entertaining guests.
